YOGA AS A THERAPIC PRACTICE

The practice of the different levels of ashtanga yoga is the base of yoga therapy.

Starting with behaviour therapy:
Before going into the practice of yamas and niyamas the therapy starts on the levels of actions and body postures into levels of humility. Unless this is practiced starting yoga is never complete.

The next step is physical therapy:
Asanas are the main step of physical therapy.

The third step of therapy is very important and should be delicately and carefully handled is the mental therapy.
Asanas and pranayama are the instruments of this field.
Post and pre maternal state is most effectively discussed.
Dharana is practiced for concentration purpose but will not be perfected unless pratyahara is steady and consistent.

Pranic healing also practiced with chakra meditation correctly and precisely is the best way of precaution of ailments, physical and mental.
