Starting with behaviour therapy:

Asanas and pranayama are the instruments of this field.
Post and pre maternal state is most effectively discussed.
Dharana is practiced for concentration purpose but will not be perfected unless pratyahara is steady and consistent.
Pranic healing also practiced with chakra meditation correctly and precisely is the best way of precaution of ailments, physical and mental.
